We can help with the Medi-Cal Medical Benefit Program when:

  • Prescription costs are high
  • Adult day care is needed
  • In-Home Supportive Services are needed
  • Any "out-of-pocket" medical costs are not covered by Medicare or other supplemental insurance

What about the Medi-Cal Long Term Care Program?

  • This only pertains to a person in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Convalescent Hospital that is Medi-Cal contracted.
Most California skilled care facilities are Medi-Cal contracted.
  • If the person has more than one home or vehicle, life insurance, a burial policy and/or more than $10,000,
    our help would be appropriate.
  • There is usually a "share of cost" associated with all Medi-Cal benefits that is based on fixed income, not assets.

We will need the following information:

  • Age
  • Marital Status
  • Health Status
  • Each Person's Income
  • Total Cash Assets
    • Home(s)
    • Vehicle(s)
    • Business Properties
    • Rentals - Mortgage Note

*The above information is a general guideline for you to use.  All cases are unique and we encourage you to   call us if you have any questions.
