then create a plan to assist you in accomplishing your goals in the context of the
circumstances you and your family member are now in, or will be facing in
the future. Once a course of
action is established, we will be there for you every step of the way to
successfully accomplish our mutual goals. We continue to be your
advocate and advisor for your loved one's lifetime.
